Banana which is sold in India for 60 to 80 rupees per dozen is being sold in Pakistan for 500 rupees per dozen. It’s hard to believe hearing the price of orange, grapefruit. The situation is that people are having Sehri-Iftar with dates and a few fruits. As such, the economic condition of Pakistan is going bad for the past several months. But at this time, the rise in the price of fruits in the month of Ramzan has worsened the condition of the daily wage earners.
